By submitting a booking request or contacting Celestial Sight ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Celestial Sight provides divination and spiritual guidance services, including but not limited to tarot readings, astrology charts, numerology, rune castings, and intuitive readings. These services are offered for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes only.

Readings and guidance provided by Celestial Sight:

• Do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any significant life decision
• Cannot guarantee specific outcomes or predict future events with certainty
• Are based on the practitioner's interpretation and are inherently subjective

3. Mediumship and Psychic Services

For mediumship and psychic reading services, we make no guarantee that a specific connection, message, or vision will be received. The practitioner will convey what they intuitively perceive, and outcomes vary. By booking such a service, you acknowledge this uncertainty and agree to proceed with realistic expectations.

4. Booking and Payment

Submitting a booking request does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. We will confirm availability and contact you with an invoice after reviewing your submission. Payment is due prior to delivery of the reading.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, in which case no charge will be made.

5. Refund Policy

If a reading has not yet been started, you may request a full refund at any time by contacting us. Once a reading has been delivered, refunds are not available; however, we offer a free clarification round if you have questions about your reading.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your booking form
• Only share information about third parties (partners, family members) where you have their consent to do so
• Use any reading or guidance received responsibly and at your own risk
• Not attempt to submit fraudulent, abusive, or spam requests

7. Intellectual Property

All readings, reports, and content delivered by Celestial Sight are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any reading content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celestial Sight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any reading or guidance provided. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
